Pool equipment repair
The equipment pad is where a pool actually lives or dies. We repair it, and we tell you when a repair is throwing money away.
What we repair and replace
Pumps are the most common call. A motor that hums but won't start, a pump that loses prime overnight, a shaft seal dripping onto the pad. Some of that is a bearing or a capacitor and worth fixing. Some of it is an old single speed motor that's due, and a variable speed replacement pays for itself on the power bill.
Beyond pumps we handle filters, cartridge, DE and sand, along with heaters, both gas and heat pump, timers and automation panels, valves and plumbing on the pad, and the salt cells on salt systems. If you're adding equipment, a new heater or a new pump and filter set, we do the install too.
- Pump motors, seals, capacitors and impellers
- Cartridge, DE and sand filter repairs and replacements
- Gas heater and heat pump diagnostics and repair
- Timers, automation panels and salt cells
- New equipment installs, sized to your pool
Repair or replace, honestly
We're not going to sell you a new pump when a capacitor fixes it. We're also not going to put a new motor on a pump body that's cracked and leaking at the housing, because you'd be calling us again in a month. When we look at the pad we tell you what's worth doing and what isn't.
Sizing matters more than brand. A pump that's too big for the plumbing runs hot and wastes power. A filter that's too small clogs every two weeks. When we replace something we size it to your pool and your pipe, not to whatever's on the truck.

Usually bearings. If the motor is otherwise young it's a repair. If the motor is old and single speed, replacing it with a variable speed is often the better spend. We'll tell you which after we hear it.
Yes, both gas heaters and heat pumps. Diagnostics first, then a straight answer on whether it's a part or the unit.
We can look at it. Sometimes it's the right unit. Sometimes it's the wrong size for the pool, and we'll say so before it goes on the pad.
We photograph the roof and show you. If pool equipment repair is not what the roof needs, we say so and quote the work it does need.
