What happens on a weekly visit

Every visit starts with the water. We test it poolside, not from a sample carried back to a shop, and we adjust chlorine, pH and alkalinity right then. Florida heat and daily rain move those numbers sooner than most people expect, so a week is about as long as a pool can go without a correction.

Then the physical work. Skim the surface, brush the walls and steps, vacuum the floor, empty the skimmer and pump baskets, and check the filter pressure. On the way out we look at the pump and the equipment pad for anything that sounds wrong or is dripping, because catching a seal leak early is a lot cheaper than replacing a motor that ran dry.

We're a family company run by two brothers, and we keep routes small enough that the person at your pool knows it. If something changes, a new heater, a leak you noticed, a party coming up, tell the tech or call the office and it gets handled on the next visit.
